From a very young age, I understood that purpose-driven projects transform not only businesses but entire communities.
I began my journey by entrepreneuring, dreaming, and building in a world where innovation, tourism, and technology were not yet seen as natural allies.
I am Paola López Giraldo, a consultant, speaker, and strategist specializing in innovation, tourism, and digital transformation.
Today, after more than 14 years of experience, I lead digital transformation processes, innovation projects, and business strengthening initiatives across Latin America.
My career includes the acceleration of over 200 projects, the creation of more than 42 innovative tourism products, the training of over 12,000 entrepreneurs, and the management of cooperation funds for innovation and entrepreneurship.
I lead Incubatour Colombia, founded FemPower, and collaborate in transformation initiatives promoted by organizations such as CAF, the OAS, Innpulsa, Procolombia, and leading universities across Latin America.
Passionate about education, artificial intelligence, and women's economic empowerment, I have been recognized for my ability to turn ideas into sustainable projects with economic, social, and cultural impact.
